Order information

• These temporary license plates can only be ordered for trucks, buses and trailers. The vehicles must be of European origin and to be in possession of a valid inspection report if the vehicle is older than 3 years.
• The invoice must be addressed to a business buyer; it is not possible to register these license plates in the name of a private person.
• The starting date of both the license plate and insurance (valid for 21 days) is the date of your order.
• If you order before 12:00 the plates will be processed and produced the same day. We usually have these available for you in Apeldoorn the next day, or shipped to your address the next day if you choose.
• When placing an order, the form below must be completed and enclosed.
• The temporary license plates can only be issued for vehicles of European origin.
• Only clear and well readable pdf- scans of the documents will be processed.
• Because this license plate is based on the chassis number you specified, you can no longer cancel or return the order once it has been ordered.

Regulations and usage

• According to the road traffic law this license plate can only be used for bridging journeys to or from Austria on a reasonably short route.
• Because this is a temporary plate it won’t be registered in the European license plates registration system. (EUCARIS)
• Cargo International does not provide legal support in conflicts with government authorities in any country regarding the incorrect use of this registration number.
• For ex- Dutch vehicles, Cargo offers the the Dutch export license plate as alternative.
• For ex- German vehicles, Cargo offers the German Zoll as alternative.
